We're on the lookout for an exceptional Senior Amazon Brand Manager to join our team and take the lead in managing client relationships, developing strategies, and overseeing all aspects of brand growth and PPC performance.
Job Summary
As a Senior Amazon Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts (7-8 minimum), acting as the primary point of contact, and ensuring seamless execution of strategies to achieve growth objectives. You will independently strategize, create, and optimize media plans, handle client communications, and oversee PPC campaigns with a data-driven approach. You will also lead a team and create a streamlined workflow to deliver exceptional results for clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for all assigned client accounts, maintaining strong relationships through regular communication, updates, and insights.
- Understand client goals and objectives, providing tailored strategies and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive media plans and PPC strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability for clients.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client accounts, identifying areas for optimization and growth.
- Plan, execute, and monitor emergency and centralized strategies to address urgent account needs.
PPC Management
- Oversee the planning, structuring, and optimization of PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Regularly monitor campaign performance and implement adjustments to achieve KPIs.
- Utilize tools like Amazon Seller Central(SQP), Helium 10, and Jungle Scout for data-driven decisions.
Team Leadership
- Manage a team to support day-to-day account operations, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Assign responsibilities, track team performance, and provide guidance to improve workflows.
- Develop and maintain SOPs(We already have many) to streamline processes and ensure consistent service delivery.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyze client account performance metrics, creating detailed reports to highlight progress and opportunities.
- Ensure all tasks and strategies align with client goals and drive measurable growth.
Process Optimization
- Design, implement, and improve operational workflows to seamlessly monitor and manage multiple accounts.
- Ensure that all processes are scalable and adaptable to meet client needs.

NOTE: This role focuses on strategy, client communication, and team management. You will manage client interactions, align strategies with their goals, and allocate tasks to PPC experts to implement these strategies. Your responsibility is to oversee execution, monitor progress, ensure flawless delivery, and provide regular reports to clients while planning for future weeks and months.
You will not directly execute campaigns, extract keywords, or use Amazon tools like AMS. Instead, your role is to strategize, allocate resources, and ensure the PPC team executes tasks effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple Amazon client accounts, with a strong background in PPC, media planning, and strategy development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, forecast performance, and make strategic decisions.
- Experience in leading a team and creating SOPs for operational excellence.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to handle 7-8 client accounts independently, ensuring growth and seamless service delivery.
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- No formal degree required, but a solid track record in e-commerce, PPC management, or brand management is highly valued.
