Role Overview: As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing integrated marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, content marketing, paid media, email campaigns, and more. You will lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, collaborate closely with clients, and ensure the successful implementation of performance-driven campaigns. This fully remote role offers flexibility in both hours and location, providing an opportunity to work autonomously while delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development, execution, and optimization of comprehensive marketing strategies across SEO, paid media, content marketing, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of marketing professionals, ensuring successful execution and growth of campaigns.
- Work directly with clients to understand their goals and deliver data-driven marketing solutions that achieve business growth.
- Analyze performance data and KPIs to adjust strategies and ensure campaigns meet their objectives.
- Oversee budgets and resource allocation for campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and emerging best practices to ensure the team's strategies remain competitive.
- Prepare and present insightful performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM/PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.).
- Strong leadership experience, with a focus on managing, motivating, and developing a team.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Experience in client-facing roles, with a focus on providing strategic insights and building strong relationships.
- Marketing certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
