Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Associate located in Kolkata. The Accounting Associate will manage financial records, prepare financial statements, record journal entries, monitor accounts, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The role includes working with accounting software, supporting financial analyses, and maintaining accurate records to meet reporting and audit requirements. Qualifications - Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements - Strong knowledge of journal entries and foundational accounting principles - Exceptional analytical skills to interpret and evaluate financial data - Experience with finance and accounting software applications - Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred - Previous experience in accounting roles or financial management is a plus - Familiarity with local financial regulations and accounting standards Payscale: 2.5L p.a. to 3.5L p.a
