The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms. This role requires hands-on experience in managing large-scale campaigns, working with significant budgets, and driving qualified leads across regions. The ideal candidate brings a performance-driven mindset, preferably with agency experience, and can work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and reporting.

Core Responsibilities:

- Execute and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic).
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, CTR, CPL, and ROI through data-driven A/B testing and targeting strategies.
- Conduct keyword planning, audience segmentation, ad copy testing, and bid optimization.
- Monitor pacing and budget utilization daily to avoid overspends or underspends.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver high-performance ad creatives and landing pages.

Technical Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta business Manager
- Strong knowledge of campaign structuring, audience targeting, bid strategies, and ad policies
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and conversion/event tracking via GTM
- Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation tools is a bonus
- Understanding of B2B lead generation funnels and attribution models

Qualifications & Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B/SaaS
- Prior agency experience is a plus
