Job Description

- Responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of SAP HCM On-Premise ABAP applications.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for the SAP HCM ABAP development team.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Provides technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members for the successful delivery of projects.
- Designs and develops custom SAP HCM On-Premise ABAP solutions in accordance with best practices and client requirements.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Ensures seamless integration of SAP HCM On-Premise ABAP with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Applies expertise in SAP development tools such as ABAP Workbench, ABAP Objects, and Web Dynpro for ABAP.
- Keeps abreast of the latest trends and updates in SAP HCM On-Premise ABAP technologies.
- Maintains high coding standards and adheres to quality assurance procedures and development methodologies.
- Ensures timely delivery of solutions while maintaining performance, scalability, and system reliability.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7.5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM On-Premise ABAP development.
- Strong background in SAP HCM ABAP modules and functionality.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful SAP HCM ABAP solutions across multiple projects.
- Experience in general SAP ABAP development is an added advantage.
