Company: Team Nerds Digital Location: Sector 63, Noida (On-site) Experience Level: Freshers About the Role We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to support our Project Manager in daily operations, project coordination, and business development activities. This role is a blend of project support and lead generation. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, takes initiative, and can manage multiple tasks with clear communication. Key Responsibilities - Assist the Project Manager in planning, tracking, and monitoring ongoing projects. - Maintain task sheets, project documentation, timelines, and communication logs. - Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Development, SEO, Content, etc.) to ensure timely execution of deliverables. - Schedule meetings, create follow-up reminders, and maintain status reports. - Help identify delays, blockers, and support in resolving them promptly. - Learn and execute client hunting & outreach on platforms like LinkedIn and Fiverr. - Research and filter potential leads from databases such as Apollo, based on defined criteria. - Prepare outreach messages, follow-up sequences, and basic proposal drafts when required. - Learn and assist in bulk email campaigns using Smartlead (training will be provided). - Maintain and organize lead pipelines, status progress, and outreach results. Skills & Qualifications: - Strong communication skills (written and verbal). - Good organizational and time management abilities. - Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). - Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly. - Proactive in taking responsibility and following through with tasks. - Previous basic experience in client communication, operations, or coordination is a plus (but not mandatory).
