Mandatory 5 years expert level hands-on experience in design deployment and management of VMware vSphere ESXi vCenter AND Nutanix AHV virtualization technologies Familiarity with SAN NAS and other storage solutions including their integration with virtual environments Understanding of virtual networking concepts such as VLANs virtual switches routing and software-defined networking SDN Understanding security best practices and compliance requirements for virtualized environments such as hardening hypervisors and ensuring data integrity Knowledge and experience of SAN products - DELL PowerMAX PowerFlex Knowledge and experience of NAS products - DELL PowerScale Unity Knowledge and experience of Backup products - DELL PowerProtect EMC Avamar Support of maintenance of SAN Switches - Cisco MDS Working Network Knowledge - TCP IP Subnets DNS etc Working Operating Systems - Windows File Share SMB Linux NFS Highly impactful problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience with incident and change ITIL processes using ServiceNow or similar tool Customer focused solutions driven Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Skills and Competencies -
