Responsibilities - Accurately inputting data into the database or system as per company standards. - Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness before entry. - Updating existing data and ensuring that all information is current and accurate. - Generating reports based on the entered data as required by management. - Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to data protection regulations. - Assisting in the development of data entry procedures and best practices. - Identifying and resolving data discrepancies in a timely manner. Skills and Qualifications - Proficient in data entry and management software, including MS Excel, MS Word, and database applications. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. - Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM. - Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to meet deadlines. - Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Familiarity with data protection regulations and best practices for data security. - Basic understanding of database management and data processing concepts.
