**DATA ENTRY OPERATOR**

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems.

2. Full time, In Office Working and CTC up to 1,00,000-1,20,000 P.A.

3. 12th Pass out must have computer basic knowledge. (Post Graduated/Master Degree not required)

4. Preferably resident of Kothrud, Warje, Narhe, Ambegaon, Sinhagad Road, Bavdhan, Baner, Balewadi, karve Nagaer and up to Shivaji Nagar

5. Good Oral and written communication skills

6. Networking ability

7. Typing speed and accuracy
- **B.**_ _**Responsibilities**_

1. Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry.

2. Conducting research to obtain information for incomplete documents and materials.

3. Creating digital documents from paper or dictation.

4. Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.

5. Capturing data into digital databases and performing regular backups.

6. Updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems.

7. Generating and exporting data reports, spread sheets, and documents as needed.

8. Performing clerical duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune - 411058, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
