You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead QA efforts across geographies 🌍. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: - 👨 💻 Lead QA efforts across onsite and offshore teams. - 🛠️ Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using QTP/UFT, Selenium, and VB Scripting. - ✅ Execute automated test cases and document results. - 📋 Analyze system specs and create comprehensive test cases. - 🤝 Collaborate with QA engineers to implement automation strategies. - 🐞 Identify, document, and track bugs. - 🔄 Ensure quality throughout the SDLC. 💻 Technical Skills Required: - Automation Tools: QTP/UFT, Selenium 🧰 - Scripting Languages: VBScript 📜 - Frameworks: Hybrid, Keyword-driven 🧩 - Platforms: Guidewire Policy Center, SAP integrations, Web Portals 🌐 - Tools: Microsoft TFS, Test Manager (MTM) 🗂️ - Testing Types: System, Integration, Regression, Performance 🧪 🎓 Preferred Qualifications: - 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 🧠 Proven experience in automation testing for Guidewire Policy Center. - 🗣️ Strong leadership and communication skills. - 🔗 Experience with third-party integrations and SAP/web automation. 🧠 Soft Skills: - 🔍 Analytical and problem-solving mindset. - 💬 Excellent communication and collaboration. - 🧘 Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
