Job Description Key Competencies: - Strong understanding of Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) - Proven expertise in proposal development and bid management - Customer-centric approach with sound judgment and effective communication skills - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic project requirements Must Have Skills - Holds a Bachelors degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering. - Over 3 years of experience in proposal development and project execution within the oil and gas industry. - Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. - Skilled in proposal and project management, with a strong understanding of modernization initiatives. - Proficient in analyzing customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs), identifying ambiguities, and resolving queries to ensure clarity and alignment. - Proficiency in Proposal Management and Commercial Operations - Extensive experience in managing complex proposals within the process industry, including handling RFQs and RFPs. - Strong knowledge of commercial terms such as Terms & Conditions (T&C), payment milestones, payment terms, Incoterms, cash flow planning, and legal clauses. - Skilled in utilizing costing and quotation tools, particularly Quote Builder. - Solid understanding of applicable taxes and duties relevant to industrial proposals. - Familiarity with IAB tools and Rockwell Automation products is considered a valuable asset. - Proficient in standard PC applications and productivity software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
