We build scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications that drive efficiency and visibility for brokers, carriers, and drivers. Role Overview: - We are seeking a talented MERN + React Native Developer to join our engineering team in Patiala. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will work on both web and mobile applications, leveraging the MERN stack along with React Native to deliver high-quality, user-friendly products. Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering is required, and familiarity with mobile app development is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js. - Build and maintain React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android. - Create reusable components, optimize performance, and ensure seamless integration between web and mobile platforms. - Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end and mobile applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to deliver high-quality features. - Conduct code reviews, write clean and maintainable code, and follow industry best practices. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous process improvement. Requirements: - 2-4 years of professional experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack. - Hands-on experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and optimization. - Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. - Strong understanding of React Native and mobile app architecture. - Familiarity with TypeScript and RESTful APIs. - Experience using version control systems such as Git. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills. - Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MCA. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and DevOps tools. - Exposure to mobile deployment (Play Store / App Store). - Punjabi language proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
