We build scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications that drive efficiency and visibility for brokers, carriers, and drivers.Role Overview:- We are seeking a talented MERN + React Native Developer to join our engineering team in Patiala. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will work on both web and mobile applications, leveraging the MERN stack along with React Native to deliver high-quality, user-friendly products. Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering is required, and familiarity with mobile app development is a strong plus.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.- Build and maintain React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android.- Create reusable components, optimize performance, and ensure seamless integration between web and mobile platforms.- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end and mobile applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to deliver high-quality features.- Conduct code reviews, write clean and maintainable code, and follow industry best practices.- Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous process improvement.Requirements:- 2-4 years of professional experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.- Hands-on experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and optimization.- Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.- Strong understanding of React Native and mobile app architecture.- Familiarity with TypeScript and RESTful APIs.- Experience using version control systems such as Git.- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MCA.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and DevOps tools.- Exposure to mobile deployment (Play Store / App Store).- Punjabi language proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.Why Join FleetPulse?- Work on cutting-edge technologies reshaping the logistics industry.- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Opportunities for growth in both web and mobile development.- Collaborative and supportive team environment.- Located in Patiala, Punjab — an excellent place to live and work.How to Apply:Send your resume to with the subject line “MERN + React Native Developer Application – (Your Name)”.
