I am a solopreneur looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior WordPress Developer to join me on an ongoing project. This is a part-time, remote role perfect for an early-career developer who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to building a modern, AI-enabled WordPress platform. Position Details Role: Part-Time Full Stack Junior WordPress Developer Experience: Entry-level to 1-3 years. Freshers with a strong portfolio or impressive personal projects are highly encouraged to apply. Working Hours: 4 hours per day Preferred Start Date: Immediately Work Timing: Flexible schedule, preferably starting after 3:00–5:00 PM IST (late evening hours are welcome) Salary: ₹15,000 per month Core Qualities I Value and these are also non negotiable. I definitely want these in the person I want to work Good Communication In my view if you can't communicate well then you can't think well and thus can't be an astute problem solver Curiosity: You have a genuine desire to learn new things and explore new technologies. Sincerity: You are reliable, responsible, and committed to doing your best work. Proactive Problem-Solving: You are comfortable using tools like GitHub Copilot and other LLMs to investigate issues and find solutions. Technical Skills Required Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and a solid understanding of JavaScript. Experience with WordPress theme customization and an understanding of the WordPress core. Familiarity with WordPress plugin structure and basic custom development. Good understanding of MySQL and database interactions within WordPress. An interest in learning about payment gateway integrations, such as Stripe. What You Will Get Hands-On Learning: A chance to work with new technologies and cutting-edge tools.
