SummaryAs a SSIS Developer at Gainwell you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve a communitys most vulnerable Connect your passion with purpose teaming with people who thrive on finding innovative solutions to some of healthcares biggest challenges Here are the details on this position Your role in our missionDuties and Responsibilities List all essential duties and responsibilities in order of importance o Solutions complex ETL-related technical tasks identifies potential issues resolve issues and drives tasks to successful completion on or ahead of schedule o Understands processes and procedures and advocates for their use with all project members both inside and outside the ETL team o Mentors other team members in areas of expertise and ETL processes and standards and participates in code reviewso Informs Management of project issues escalates issues in a timely manner and asks for assistance when needed o Multi-tasks simultaneous assignments prioritizing ETL tasks ensuring all tasks are completed on or ahead of scheduleo Develops tests manages and implements ETL packages and applications within the standards set by the team o Solves complex issues in innovative ways o Tunes and troubleshoots ETL applications o Performs standard ETL administration tasks such as deployment package migration and relocation and managing metadata o Prepares ETL packages for deployment to development test and production environments following all Release Management policies o Automates processes where appropriate o Participates in the on-call rotation What we re looking for Knowledge Skills and Abilities List all knowledge skills and abilities that are necessary to perform the job satisfactorily Analytical skills in a SQL environment ETL design and development knowledge using the Microsoft BI tool set specifically SSI Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience 5 years ETL design and development experience 5 years Analysis experience 5 years database knowledge utilizing SSIS Preferred Licensure Certification Microsoft Business Intelligence certification s What you should expect in this role Fast-paced challenging and rewarding work environment Work life balance Hybrid office environment Will require late evening work to overlap US work hours LI-DNI
