What you will be doing at Evalueserve - Organizing, analyzing, and summarizing data and information using appropriate and novel analytical methodologies and frameworks - Any certifications of additional courses or trainings taken would be beneficial. - Relevant experience of Patent searching in the Pharma - Prior experience in conducting Partner Scouting, Technology Scouting, Technology landscaping, Competitive Intelligence, Trend analysis, etc. - Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, and willingness to work as part of a team - Strong analytical skills - Ability to challenge current thinking by implementing new ways of working - Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely and accurate manner - Prior experience of handling patent and core IP searches such as FTO, Invalidity, Novelty and so on will be an advantage - Attention to detail - Quick learner with capability to multi-task - Drive to achieve targets and accomplish challenging tasks efficiently etc. What we’re looking for : - Create and deliver various training modules on patent research services/ patent laws. - Patent Analytics & Analyse patents in a particular domain to highlight the R&D trends, evolutions, alternatives and competitive intelligence in various technology domains. Techno-commercial Analysis & Research based on patents, scientific literature and products in a particular technology domain to generate insights into the value of the technology, IP protection and overlap between the products and patents. - Patent Searching & Understand the technology of and conduct searches on various databases to ascertain the novelty/uniqueness of the idea/technology. - Client engagement and mining: - Help global sales executives in sales support initiatives. - Willingness to travel onshore for client meetings, workshops, or sales activities. - Preparing sales deck for attracting potential Clients especially in the field of pharmaceuticals - Client communication and ensuring client expectations are met through the deliverables and value added insights. - Conducting structure-based, keyword-based and assignee-based searches on databases via STN - Conducting various types and levels of studies in Competitive Intelligence, Prior Art Searching, FTO, Invalidity/ Validity, Landscape, Patent Expiry calculations, Partner Scouting, etc. - Demonstrated attention to detail, ensuring high-quality, error-free deliverables through thorough reviews. - Ability to challenge conventional thinking by introducing new approaches and tools to improve project efficiency. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations. - Effective interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional and global teams. - Strong time and task management skills; capable of working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Proactive mindset, with a strong commitment to contributing toward team and organizational goals. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, patent databases, and familiarity with emerging AI tools used in IP analytics. - Quick learner, adaptable to changing project scopes and emerging technology areas. - Masters in Pharma - 10-15 years of work experience - Prior experience in creating reports in MS Excel & Powerpoint Presentation will be preferred
