About The Role Our Treasury team members are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives that shape how we grow and scale. They help set up our payment and financial risk management infrastructure by working across functions, products, and regions to centrally manage risks. We're looking for an experienced Finance Services Manager for daily treasury operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. What You'll Be Doing - Managing day-to-day treasury activities to ensure compliance with current regulations and internal policies - Ensuring that new products and entities are properly assessed and integrated into our product and process framework, aligning with our growth strategy - Leading process improvements and automation using cutting-edge workflow and AI tools - Continuously assessing and enhancing the control environment to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity What You'll Need - Experience in treasury operations, with a solid understanding of relevant regulations and best practices - Hands-on experience managing treasury operations, with the ability to implement policies and procedures effectively - Excellent leadership and management skills to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation - The ability to develop and execute strategic plans for treasury operations, aligning with organisational goals - Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders Building a global financial super app isn't enough.
