Role Description: Ability to manage each proposal as a project: understand proposal / client requirements, create proposal structure, provide answers for technical questions, work with sales team to gather technical and commercial response, and manage response process within proposal deadline
Responsibilities
Site survey to share the Pre-Requisites as per BOM with the customer and the partners for leading the installation at site.
Interface and Coordination with vendors for 3rd party integration if in scope.
Prior experience in working on Corporate/large Government Projects.
Demonstration of features, Presentation, Trainings etc.
Solution Designing, Budgeting, Resource Planning, Efforts calculation for new projects.
Making of Project Plan, SOW and Prerequisites for new projects.
Vendor Coordination, Customer Relationship etc.
RFP&aposs, RFQ&aposs & RFIs and ensure timely submission of documents.
To attend Pre-Bid Conferences to ensure tender compliances are made in favor while educating end users about latest technologies and right mix of products.
Skills & Requirement
You have 4+ years of relevant experience of doing presales and solutioning for AVSI Industry.
Bachelor&aposs degree (preferably b.tech/diploma from electronics or relevant field )
Strong BOQ preparation, tendering and related work
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
BOQ making, Technical Design & Drawing, Negotiation, Site Visit etc.
Technical Pre and Post-Sales Support for Audio Visual.
