About Us Brainfoster Tech Pvt Ltd is a growing digital marketing company dedicated to delivering innovative marketing solutions We are looking for an enthusiastic Email Marketing Intern who is eager to learn contribute and grow with our team Key Responsibilities Assist in planning creating and executing email marketing campaigns Draft and design engaging email templates using tools like Mailchimp HubSpot or similar platforms Support in building and maintaining email databases Conduct A B testing to improve campaign performance Track and report on key metrics such as open rates CTR bounce rates and conversions Research industry trends and competitors strategies to improve our email marketing efforts Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure emails align with brand tone and visual standards Maintain compliance with email marketing best practices and anti-spam laws Required Skills Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field Basic understanding of email marketing concepts and tools Strong written communication and copywriting skills Familiarity with MS Office Google Workspace Knowledge of HTML CSS for email formatting preferred not mandatory Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Hands-on training in real-time email marketing projects Mentorship from experienced digital marketers Exposure to marketing automation tools and CRM platforms Internship certificate upon successful completion Opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance Job Type Full-time Pay 5 000 00 - 8 000 00 per month Work Location In person
