Job Description Job Description Job title : Senior Principal Consultant. Job Description : - Proven experience in installing and configuring PeopleSoft environments. - Expertise in upgrading PeopleTools, including complex multi-hop upgrades to the latest releases. - Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Application upgrades (Apps Upgrade Specialist) across various modules and pillars. - Skilled in installing and configuring Elastic Search and PUM Update Images. - Proficient in applying PeopleTools patches, PUM updates, and Tax updates. - Extensive experience applying CPU patches for middleware components such as WebLogic, Tuxedo, and Java. - Strong background in implementation, upgrade, and migration projects within PeopleSoft. - Capable of refreshing environments and creating clones of PeopleSoft instances as needed. - Responsible for monitoring system performance and administering all PeopleSoft services and environments. - Effective in troubleshooting development and production issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with experience leading customer discussions and driving internal team alignment. - Experience with Oracle database administration and performance tuning. - Demonstrated ability to optimize performance for PeopleSoft applications and underlying databases. - OCI Foundation Certification required. - Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment and travel as needed. - Solid cloud migration experience, preferably on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
