Hiring: System Validation Test Engineer Automotive Domain - Cluster Location: Gurugram, Haryana, (Onsite at Customer Location ) - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics & Communication Engineering. - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in System Validation (Automotive Cluster Domain). We are looking for a System Validation Test Engineer responsible for validating Cluster features, ensuring project expectations and quality objectives are achieved. Key Responsibilities - Understand project scope and validation requirements. - Develop, execute, and maintain test scripts (smoke, functional, regression, endurance, and performance). - Document defects with root cause analysis and track status. - Identify automation opportunities and propose test metrics to improve efficiency. - Guide and train team members on test implementation and project readiness. - Ensure timely delivery of all validation work products. - Measure KPIs and derive action plans for improvement. - Collaborate with managers to resolve blockers and improve quality outcomes. Key Skills - Strong knowledge of Test Case Design Methods and Diagnostics Protocols. - Expertise in CANoe, CAN Protocol, and Cluster/Display systems. - Familiar with V-cycle, Agile, and ASPICE processes. - Hands-on with C, Python, and CAPL. - Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and DOORS. - Test Automation experience in the automotive domain is a plus. Soft Skills - Strong communication and coaching skills. - Process-oriented with a positive attitude. - Excellent English (written and spoken). Interested?
