As the Testing and Validation Lead you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability safety and performance of EV charging products You will lead the validation of hardware and software systems manage testing protocols and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet global standards Lead the end-to-end testing and validation of EV chargers AC DC across product lifecycle stages Develop and implement test plans procedures and validation strategies for hardware firmware and integrated systems Ensure compliance with international standards e g IEC ISO BIS and regulatory requirements Collaborate with design software and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve product issues Manage test labs equipment calibration and environmental testing setups Analyze test data prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and automation Support customer-specific validation requirements and field issue replication Mentor junior engineers and build a high-performing validation team Join a collaborative innovation-driven cultureLead Innovation in a High-Growth Global Tech Environment Education Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering or related field 8 years of experience in product testing and validation preferably in EVSE automotive or power electronics domains Technical Skills Strong understanding of EV charging technologies power electronics and embedded systems Hands-on experience with testing tools oscilloscopes power analyzers and environmental chambers Familiarity with communication protocols CAN Modbus OCPP and firmware validation Knowledge of safety and EMC standards applicable to EV chargers Soft Skills Excellent analytical problem-solving and documentation skills Strong leadership and team management capabilities Effective communication and stakeholder engagement The client is a leading Indian manufacturer of Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment EVSE and critical power solutions with a global footprint spanning Southeast Asia the Middle East Europe and the United States With over 150 000 EV chargers deployed worldwide the company plays a pivotal role in powering India s clean mobility transition Be part of a pioneering team driving India s EV infrastructure Work on cutting-edge technologies with global impact Opportunity to grow in a fast-paced innovation-driven environment Competitive compensation and benefits
