- S/4HANA Architecture: Comprehensive knowledge of S/4HANA (on-premise & cloud), extensibility (in-app, side-by-side), and data modeling.
- SAP BTP: Experience in developing and architecting on SAP BTP using CAP, Fiori/UI5, SAP Build, and Kyma.
- Integration Architecture: SAP Integration Suite, API Management, OData, REST/SOAP, IDocs, RFC, PI/PO.
- SAP HANA Expertise: Strong understanding of HANA data modeling, CDS views, and performance optimization.
- Security & Compliance: Design of SAP authorization concepts, SSO, Identity Provisioning, GDPR-compliance considerations.

Methodological & Architectural Skills

- Enterprise Architecture Frameworks: Familiar with TOGAF, ArchiMate, SAP Enterprise Architecture Methodology.
- Project Methodologies: SAP Activate, Agile (Scrum/SAFe), Waterfall.
- Solution Design & Evaluation: Fit-gap analysis, system blueprinting, cost-efficient prototyping.
- Data Migration & Landscape Transformation: LTMC, LSMW, Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services.
- Documentation & Modeling: SAP Signavio, Lucidchart, ArchiMate.

- Cross-functional Process Understanding: Finance (FI/CO), Sales (SD), Logistics (MM/PP), Manufacturing.
- Process Optimization: Aligning IT architecture with business KPIs.
