Dynatrace Implementation Engineer Architect Job Title Dynatrace Implementation Engineer Job Overview The Dynatrace Implementation Engineer is responsible for deploying configuring and maintaining Dynatrace solutions to ensure optimal performance and visibility into applications and infrastructure This role requires strong technical skills problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of monitoring and performance management Key Responsibilities Dynatrace Architecture Collaborate with Application and Infrastructure Teams Design Scalable and Resilient Monitoring Solutions Deploy and Configure Dynatrace Across Diverse Environments Integrate Dynatrace with Existing Systems and Applications Conduct Root Cause Analysis and Performance Optimization Document Architecture Configurations and Troubleshooting Procedures Deliver Training and Enablement Sessions Ensure Compliance with Security and Governance Standards Support Continuous Improvement and Innovation Participate in Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development Dynatrace Deployment and Configuration Identify infra apps and business requirements for monitoring and design Dynatrace monitoring solution Work with different technical teams across the organization in order to determine scope for different monitoring solution designs Work with stakeholder leadership and teams to partner on rollout of solutions Deploy and configure Dynatrace monitoring solutions across various environments development testing production Integrate Dynatrace with existing systems and applications Customize Dynatrace settings to meet the specific needs of different applications and infrastructure components Monitoring and Performance Management Set up monitoring for applications services and infrastructure using Dynatrace Create and manage dashboards alerts and reports to provide visibility into system performance Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks trends and potential issues Troubleshooting and Support Work with stakeholder leadership and teams to partner on rollout of solutions Collaborate with development operations and support teams to resolve performance issues Conduct root cause analysis for performance problems and recommend solutions Optimization and Best Practices Develop and implement best practices for using Dynatrace effectively Optimize monitoring configurations and settings for improved performance and efficiency Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynatrace and incorporate them into the monitoring strategy Documentation and Training Document configurations processes and troubleshooting steps related to Dynatrace Conduct training sessions for team members on the use and capabilities of Dynatrace Create user guides and manuals for internal stakeholders Conduct training sessions with demo for customer Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience Experience Proven experience in deploying and managing Dynatrace in a professional setting Strong background in application performance monitoring and management Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP and container technologies Docker Kubernetes Extensive background and experience in deploying and managing across complex global environments Skills Proficiency in Dynatrace configuration and administration Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent decision-making skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Familiarity with scripting languages e g Python Shell scripting is a plus Understanding of IT infrastructure networking and application development processes Experience working with remote technical teams resources Strong communication and executive level presentation skills Preferred Certifications Dynatrace Certified Associate Dynatrace Certified Professional Work Environment This position may require both remote and on-site work depending on the organization s needs Occasional on-call support may be required to address critical issues At DXC Technology we believe strong connections and community are key to our success Our work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing productivity individual work styles and life circumstances We re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services such as false websites or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company These emails may request recipients to provide personal information or to make payments as part of their illegitimate recruiting process DXC does not make offers of employment via social media networks and DXC never asks for any money or payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process nor ask a job seeker to purchase IT or other equipment on our behalf More information on employment scams is available
