Role Description

In this full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad, the Area Sales Manager will oversee daily operations, manage sales activities, and ensure the achievement of sales targets within the designated area. The role involves strategizing sales plans, managing a sales team, establishing relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Area Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with other departments to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

- Experience in Sales Management and Team Leadership skills
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and preparing reports
- Previous experience in the telecom or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
