You will be responsible for the execution of infrastructure works across the different locations of Chillibreeze and its Units You will be working with a team to come up with ideas designs and execute projects that will provide spaces in Chillibreeze so that the different teams can serve our customers without any disturbances or breakdowns as we continue to grow and expand You will also be responsible for the administrative work needed for the Infra team to function productively and effectively Key Responsibilities Role and Responsibilities Designing executing and maintaining the infrastructure Develop project plans and budget estimates for infrastructure projects Interacting with vendors to procure necessary hardware and services Establishing and enforcing best standard practices and procedures Provide status reports to leadership regularly Manage project risks and issues and take appropriate actions to mitigate them Develop and manage budgets for procurement and inventory-related activities Ensure compliance with procurement policies procedures and regulations Ensure project documentation including plans budgets timelines and reports is accurate and up to date Work alongside the team jumping in whenever necessary and be hands on to help the team when needed Skills Knowledge and Expertise Note 12 Passed with computer knowledge and Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word Excel and PowerPoint Requirements Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead project teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams Able to handle budget management and financial reporting Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships Knowledge of procurement and inventory management best practices including experience with inventory control systems and procedures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data identify trends and make data-driven decisions Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Benefits Salary If this is your first job the starting salary after appointment ranges from 20 000 - 25 000 If you have professional work experience HR will share the salary slabs in the interview process About Chillibreeze Most professionals have looming deadlines and little time to create a visually stunning presentation At Chillibreeze we provide speedy PowerPoint design that makes their message stand out Chillibreeze is an Overnight PowerPoint Services provider from Northeast India to companies across the globe such as other corporate consulting firms and multinational corporations Chillibreeze strives to create job opportunities for unemployed youths of Northeast India Since 2006 Chillibreeze has grown by word of mouth Today we are serving global customers from two states Shillong and Aizawl A company is driven by purpose and a goal to release people s potential
