Widen Your Horizons Join the Next Chapter of Your Career At EssilorLuxottica we are committed to empowering our people to grow and succeed This is your opportunity to take your career to the next level embrace new challenges and continue making a difference We work for a brighter future thinking today about the world of tomorrow Don t miss the chance to shape your FutureInSight with us Position Title Assistant Brand Manager Reporting to Brand Manager Department Function Marketing Business Unit EIPL Position Summary - Purpose and Objectives of the Role Assistant Brand Manager will be assisting the Brand Manager for managing the brands such as Ray-Ban Oakley Vogue annd luxury premium brands portfolio The role will be responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives of all the brands associated to Luxury Premium Category He she needs to execute 360 marketing programs and track and manage the pricing positioning and development of all products and services related to the respective category Focus and Key Areas of Responsibilities Responsible for the following business functional activities of India business unit Responsible for tracking of monthly brand performance and timely creation of reports on product brands Collect customer competitor insights behind performance with regular market visits and data analysis Support the Brand manager in execution of communications and media actions on all channels including online and social media Maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications Help in creating and managing brand promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding with effective relationships with the agencies vendors Coordinate with brand manager for implementation and execution of trade facing initiatives Assist the Brand Manager to adopt mid to long-term development of strategies for product categories including new product launch planning and new brand led commercial initiatives Own one or two ATL BTL strategic initiatives end to end coordinating with multifunctional team for planning and implementation and sales team ECP for execution Estimate sales forecasts by analysing volume trend in coordination with Supply chain team and sales marketing team Liaise with vendors and finance teams for timely tracking the budget for advertising and promotional items Candidate Profile Knowledge Experience Divisional or BU Experience Operated as Specialist of one or more functions Eg - Marketing Brand Management Product and Category Management Experience Track Record 6 years of overall work experience and 5 years in Marketing and Brand Management Industries Experience One or more of the following FMCG FMCD Retail-Apparel Footwear Phones Automobile Geographical Experience Must have India market experience APAC or beyond collaboration experience will be an advantage Management Experience Brand Management Product Management Budget Management New Product Development Digital marketing Media Management Qualifications Education Qualification Certification Bachelor s or master s Degree from Business School Language Proficiency in English and local language Multilingual will be an advantage Pre-requisites and Next Career Steps Psychometrics Demonstrates high and positive energy Strong ability to influence drive change amongst ambiguity Goal driven and result oriented Clear and fact-based decision making Diverse and able to work well in teams and across functions Advanced skills in MS Office with focus on MS Excel MS Word and MS PowerPoint Knowledge of marketing and sales Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in negotiation and have clear communication skills Our Diversity Equity and Inclusion commitment We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees We celebrate diversity and provide equal opportunities to all regardless of race gender ethnicity religion disability sexual orientation or any other characteristic that makes us unique
