Job Description Engineering Industries eXcellence is looking for a PLM Teamcenter Developer to join our innovative team to support us We are seeking an experienced PLM Teamcenter Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Teamcenter Foundation, BOM (Bill of Materials) management, system integrations, and document management, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and robust PLM architectures. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the technical authority for Teamcenter PLM architecture, providing end-to-end solutions aligned with business and engineering needs. - Design and implement Teamcenter modules including Foundation, BOM Management, and Document Management. - Lead the integration of Teamcenter with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise systems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into scalable architecture. - Develop technical specifications, system architecture documents, and configuration guides. - Ensure the PLM solution is aligned with enterprise architecture standards and industry best practices. - Provide mentorship and technical leadership to development and support teams. - Troubleshoot complex PLM issues and lead root cause analysis and resolution efforts. - Support data migration and validation activities for Teamcenter upgrades or implementations. - Stay updated with Siemens Teamcenter roadmap and recommend improvements and upgrades accordingly. Required Skills & Experience - 10+ years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM, including configuration and customization. - Strong hands-on experience with BOM management and variant configurations. - Expertise in Teamcenter integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES, CAD tools). - Proficiency in Document Management within Teamcenter, including version control, workflows, and change management. - Strong understanding of Teamcenter data model, ITK, RAC, and BMIDE. - Experience with deployment and performance tuning of Teamcenter environments. - Expertise of Teamcenter architecture, server setup , deployment and performance tuning of Teamcenter environment - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices in PLM environments is a plus. Additional Skills Candidate should have experience in the following areas: Able to standup new Teamcenter Installations with 4-tier architecture Able to standup active workspace client and its components Able to upgrade Teamcenter from lower version to higher versions of Teamcenter Having good knowledge in cloning procedure of Teamcenter Having knowledge in BMIDE data model design Having knowledge in Teamcenter configurations and customization framework Having knowledge in Teamcenter administrative and support tasks Having knowledge in Teamcenter modules like Document Management, Structure Manager, Workflow Management Having knowledge in Teamcenter - CAD Integrations like NX, CATIA, Solid Works Teamcenter manufacturing, Easy Plan, Product configurator Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Siemens Teamcenter certifications are a plus. - Experience with cloud-based PLM deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure) is an advantage. - Experience with Siemens Active Workspace and Teamcenter UA.
