Job Title: PLM Specialist (Teamcenter)Location: RemoteExperience: 10+ YearsNotice Period: Immediate JoinerAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced PLM Specialist with strong expertise in Teamcenter within a Microsoft environment. In this role, you will support the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, ensuring smooth IT operations, user support, and system enhancements across multiple international locations.Key Responsibilities- Provide first and second-level support for PLM users, ensuring effective resolution of issues. - Manage and maintain server components, ensuring smooth operation of Teamcenter systems. - Install, test, and document updates in the test environment before deployment to production. - Customize and enhance Teamcenter integration with CAD interfaces such as Solid Edge and AutoCAD. - Lead sub-projects to expand and optimize PLM system usage across functions and geographies. - Collaborate with departments to advise on feasible and efficient software solutions. - Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and instructional videos. - Conduct user training sessions (individual and group). - Provide international support across regions such as Germany, India, and the USA. - Work closely with IT and functional departments to ensure alignment of technical and business goals.Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. - 10+ years of professional experience in IT, preferably within the PLM domain. - Proven experience working with Teamcenter PLM, ideally with Active Workspace and Polarion integration. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTTP, JSON, and SSL. - Strong communication, consulting, and project management skills. - Proactive, structured, and team-oriented approach to work. - Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). - Willingness to travel for business requirements when necessary.Preferred Skills- Experience in Teamcenter Active Workspace and Polarion Requirements Management. - Exposure to multi-site and cross-functional PLM environments.
