Techwave we are always in an exercise to foster a culture of growth and inclusivity We ensure whoever is associated with the brand is being challenged at every step and is provided with all the necessary opportunities to excel in life People are at the core of everything we do Join us Who are we Techwave is a leading global IT and engineering services and solutions company revolutionizing digital transformations We believe in enabling clients to maximize the potential and achieve a greater market with a wide array of technology services including but not limited to Enterprise Resource Planning Application Development Analytics Digital and the Internet of things IoT Founded in 2004 headquartered in Houston TX USA Techwave leverages its expertise in Digital Transformation Enterprise Applications and Engineering Services to enable businesses accelerate their growth Plus we re a team of dreamers and doers who are pushing the boundaries of what s possible And we want YOU to be a part of it Role Fintech Sales Executive Europe Region Experience 5 Years Work Location Hyderabad Mode Fulltime Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fintech Sales Executive to join our growing team The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial technology sector and proven experience in sales within the European market You will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and identifying opportunities to expand our footprint in the region Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and target new business opportunities within the fintech industry across Europe Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets Market Analysis Stay updated on fintech trends competitor activities and regulatory changes in Europe Use market intelligence to identify potential growth areas Sales Cycle Management Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals Prepare and deliver compelling proposals presentations and product demonstrations Collaboration Work closely with product marketing and customer success teams to align offerings with client needs Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and market positioning Reporting Forecasting Maintain accurate records of sales activities pipelines and client interactions in the CRM system Provide regular updates and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager Qualifications Experience 5 years of sales experience preferably in the fintech or financial services industry Demonstrated success in B2B sales in the European region Knowledge In-depth understanding of fintech services Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the European financial market Languages Fluency in English additional European languages are a strong advantage
