Job Description Sales Manager (Field Sales) Multiple Locations (Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Pune, Guwahati, Noida, Gurugram) Company: Swalook Global Pvt Ltd (Salon CRM & IT Solutions)Role overviewSwalook Global seeks six dynamic Field Sales Managers to expand its SaaS-based salon CRM client base across key Indian cities. This is a target-driven role focused on daily field visits, lead generation, and closing sales with salons, spas, and wellness centers. Key responsibilities Generate, qualify, and close new B2B sales with salons and beauty businesses in your designated city. Achieve the monthly minimum sales target of 1,00,000 to secure the base salary. Generate at least 1 qualified lead per day through proactive fieldwork and networking. Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiate deals with salon owners and decision-makers. Maintain detailed daily reports on client visits, leads, demos, sales, and follow-ups in the company CRM. Build strong relationships within the salon ecosystem and provide market feedback to management. Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and support. Compensation and incentivesBase salary is target-dependent:20,000 per month for achieving at least 1,00,000 in monthly sales. 50,000 per month for achieving 2,00,000 in monthly sales. Above 2,00,000 in sales per month, earn a 20% commission on incremental sales beyond 2,00,000, in addition to the 50,000 fixed. Uncapped commission structure rewards high performers. Candidate profile Minimum 2 years of field sales experience. IT/SaaS background preferred. Experience or network in the salon or wellness industry is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with ability to meet targets and maintain meticulous reports. Owns two-wheeler and smartphone for daily local travel. Comfortable working Monday to Saturday, field-based role. Locations & vacancies Hiring for 6 positions across Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Pune, Guwahati, Noida, and Gurugram.
