Sr. Program Manager/ Delivery Head- Life insurance (Software Testing) Experience : 20-25 years Location : Mumbai Mandatory: Automation Testing exposure Life insurance Our client is a pureplay software testing firm for BFSI segment- testing a wide range of life insurance systems like Life Asia, Elixir, HP, GraphTalk and Ingenium. Position Summary Leading the Life insurance Practice - Principal duties and responsibilities - Driving business growth through spearheading deliveries of projects and turnover for THE COMPANY's Life insurance vertical - Own the company's life insurance targets and ensure deliverables are optimised. This is a P&L responsibilty - Meet timelines and ensure customer satisfaction - Accuracy in estimating the size of the project and defining deliverables Skills / Experience Mandatory : Exposure to Automation Testing/Testing CoE - Desirable to have worked on Life Asia, Elixir, HP, Graph Talk and Ingenium - 20 years in the Insurance industry specifically, from the software testing vendor side - Entrepreneurial mindset - Should have had adequate experience into pre-sales support, RFP Presentation, Project initiation and monitoring - Effective resource Manager- optimal utilisation of human capital so as to ensure that they are effectively deployed and continuously trained- would include recruitment, bench, account management and delivery - Should have a keen eye for cost control - Ability to delegate and get the work done from teams - Should be ready for travel to client sites for kickstarting and troubleshooting projects
