Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions in a professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about services, admission procedures, and visa processes for various countries.
- Assist and guide customers throughout the admission and visa application process.
- Maintain a positive attitude and build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and trust.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to improve conversion and retention rates.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex queries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure data accuracy in CRM or internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission and visa procedures to provide accurate guidance.
Experience Required:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in the education or immigration consultancy sector.
