You will lead project management, requirements gathering, and solution delivery for core banking and treasury initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities - Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for core banking projects. - Provide SME guidance on ITS Ethix/Phoenix core banking products. - Manage project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communications. - Coordinate with technology and business teams for solution design and implementation. - Support testing, defect management, and go-live activities. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
