The Business Analyst will analyze business performance and deliver insights that growth metrics in an analytical framework to measure sales efficiency, marketing ROI, and product adoption. The role requires a highly analytical, proactive, and collaborative professional who can translate complex datasets into actionable insights and guide strategic decisions - ensuring consistency and clarity across all reporting frameworks. Responsibilities Sales and Marketing Analytics - Deliver high-quality data analysis on the sales funnel, marketing campaign ROI, and customer acquisition trends. - Develop dashboards for conversion, retention, account growth across channels. Partner with teams to optimize targeting and growth. Cross-functional Performance & Churn Metrics Reporting - Analyse product and feature adoption. - Build and maintain reporting frameworks that align Sales, Marketing, and Product, working closely with Finance to support revenue predictability. - Conduct analysis on pricing, discounting, ACV mix, and win/loss data Data Governance & Process Improvement - Enhance analytics systems and processes through automation and best practices. - Maintain KPI contracts, data dictionaries, and attribution rules. Lead quarterly governance reviews with stakeholders Requirements - Familiarity with using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems (Salesforce) are key . - Minimum 3 years in analytics within SaaS, B2B, or digital product environments.
