VTL / VMC / HMC Operator

Job Title: HMC / VMC Operator (Fresher & Experienced) Company: TAK AUTOMATION Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India We're Hiring TAK AUTOMATION, a leader in high-precision component manufacturing in Coimbatore, is looking for skilled and motivated VTL / HMC / VMC Operators to join our growing team Are you passionate about precision engineering and working with advanced CNC technology? Key Responsibilities: ️ - Set up and operate CNC Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC). - Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure components meet exact specifications. - Handle CNC programs and make necessary offset adjustments to achieve tight tolerances. - Conduct in-process quality inspections using precision measuring tools (Vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.). - Perform routine machine maintenance and adhere to all safety standards.
