Project Management Manager Technical Manager - Key Responsibilities with Descriptions Project Supervision Oversee complete project lifecycle ensuring quality safety and timeline adherence through close coordination with site and project teams Project MIS Subcontractor Performance and Manpower Productivity Management Generate and analyze project MIS reports to monitor subcontractor efficiency and manpower output ensuring targets and productivity benchmarks are met Daily Site Supervision Monitoring Conduct daily review of site activities team performance material use and work progress to ensure smooth and timely execution Monitoring Site Progress and Deadlines Track project milestones ensure timely deliverables and flag delays by evaluating actual progress against planned schedules and targets Workforce Allocation and Supervision Assign daily tasks to workforce monitor efficiency and ensure resource availability to maintain smooth site operations Daily Site Log and Activity Records Maintenance Document daily site activities work status manpower equipment usage and incidents for internal records and progress validation Quality Control and Assurance Ensure construction is executed as per approved drawings technical standards and quality benchmarks with regular inspections and corrective actions Site Visit and Site Audit Conduct periodic site inspections and internal audits to verify compliance with project standards safety quality and contractual terms Client Relation Maintain professional communication with clients addressing concerns providing updates and ensuring satisfaction with project progress and quality Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay Commission pay Joining bonus Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Work Location In person
