Senior HR role tailored for candidates based in or wishing to return to Yamunanagar seeking a challenging high-growth opportunity This version emphasizes expertise in KRAs Balanced Scorecards HR technology assessment tools HR policies and recruitment support grounded in relevant best practices Job Title Senior Human Resources Partner Location- Yamunanagar open to candidates currently based here or looking to relocate return to their hometown Role Overview We are seeking a strategic Senior HR professional who will elevate our HR function through performance frameworks KRAs and Balanced Scorecards HR technology implementation and monitoring assessment-driven talent filtering and robust support to the recruitment team This role offers both challenge and opportunity for rapid career growth in a dynamic environment Key Responsibilities 1 Performance Management Strategic Alignment Define implement and track Key Responsibility Areas KRAs aligned with business objectives Develop and maintain an HR Balanced Scorecard covering the four perspectives financial internal processes learning growth and employee customer satisfaction to measure HR s strategic impact Facilitate strategic discussions to ensure HR metrics remain aligned with broader organizational goals 2 HR Technology Policy Enforcement Champion the deployment and configuration of HR Systems such as HRIS Performance Management Platforms ATS dashboards and reporting tools Ensure HR policies are integrated into workflows communicated clearly and consistently enforced 3 Talent Assessment Recruitment Support Implement and manage assessment tools e g psychometric competency-based tests simulations to optimize candidate selection and filter effectively Partner closely with recruiters enhancing screening processes by integrating technology-driven assessments and providing analytical insights to improve hiring quality 4 Stakeholder Engagement Continuous Improvement Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to define HR strategy translate into measurable outcomes and foster alignment Regularly review performance adjust strategies as needed and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Required Qualifications Competencies Experience 5-8 years in HR with demonstrated success in performance management systems HR technology implementation and recruitment support Technical Proficiency Deep familiarity with HRIS ATS dashboards scorecard tools and assessment instruments Strategic Analytical Thinking Proven capability to translate corporate strategy into measurable HR outcomes Communications Leadership Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills ability to drive change Education Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field Advanced degree e g MBA HR certification preferred Why Join Us Strategic Leadership Role A pivotal position integrating HR strategy performance and recruitment in one High-Impact Environment Make tangible organizational improvements and build advanced HR capabilities Location Advantage Ideal for professionals with ties to Yamunanagar seeking meaningful local career growth Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
