Job Title: Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist Experience: 3–7 years Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai Availability: Immediate Joiners Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, and manage learning and development programs aligned with business goals. - Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to track training effectiveness, participation, and ROI. - Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps. - Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning initiatives. - Monitor and evaluate learning outcomes, feedback, and continuous improvement strategies. - Maintain accurate training records, schedules, and compliance documentation. - Support digital learning platforms and tools; contribute to content development and instructional design. - Partner with HR and business leaders to drive a culture of continuous learning. 🛠️ Skills & Qualifications - 3–7 years of experience in Learning & Development or related HR functions. - Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel for data visualization and reporting (mandatory). - Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. - Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
