Inviting applications for the role of Associate, Procurement, Supply Chain Management

In this role,

Responsibilities

- Assist in the procurement process including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor management.

- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and update systems accordingly.

- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely delivery of goods and services.

- Support in sourcing and comparing quotations from suppliers.

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

- Handle basic data entry, reporting, and documentation related to procurement activities.

- Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain concepts (preferred, not mandatory).

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

- Basic understanding of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain concepts.

- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or similar).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Time management and ability to work under deadlines.

- Team player with adaptability to learn new tools and processes.
