About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with strong communication skills who will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the company’s presence in critical care devices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory directly and through sub-dealers which he/she may develop. Promote and sell medical devices (Bipaps, CPAPs, portable ventilators) to chest physicians, ENTs and neurologists, and to hospitals, and later on, medical devices to hospitals. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)/doctors. Provide product demonstrations. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales experience in medical devices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
