Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant based in Navi Mumbai. The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, including diary management, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and preparing reports. The role also involves handling correspondence, providing executive-level support to management, and ensuring the efficient organization of daily activities and clerical work. Qualifications - Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance - Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience in Diary Management and scheduling activities - Solid Clerical Skills, including file management and recordkeeping - Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate attention to detail - Proficiency in using office software tools, such as MS Office Suite - Adaptability and skill in multitasking within a dynamic environment - Experience in a similar role is a plus, with 0 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
