Job Overview We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive who specializes in WordPress website management and online advertising The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms ensuring website performance and driving business growth Key Responsibilities Website Management Develop update and maintain company websites using WordPress Themes Plugins Page Builders like Elementor WPBakery Ensure website speed optimization mobile responsiveness and SEO best practices Manage hosting security updates backups and bug fixing Upload blogs banners new pages and product service updates regularly Digital Advertising Plan and run Google Ads Meta Facebook Instagram Ads campaigns end-to-end Conduct audience research keyword analysis and budget management Track optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation Prepare campaign performance reports using analytics tools SEO Analytics Perform on-page SEO meta tags internal linking schema content updates Coordinate with content writers for keyword-rich content strategy Track insights via Google Analytics Search Console and Meta Insights Content Social Media Assist in creating content for social media and publishing posts across platforms Monitor engagement and propose improvements for reach and branding Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing IT or a related field 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing WordPress site management Strong hands-on skills with WordPress Tools Plugins SEO Google Ads Meta Ads Knowledge of HTML CSS basics is a plus Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making approach Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Experience Experience with Marketing Automation CRM tools Knowledge of graphic tools like Canva Photoshop Ability to manage multiple brands websites simultaneously Compensation Salary As per industry standards performance incentives Why Join Us Fast-growing organization with innovative digital projects Opportunity to lead marketing strategies and enhance professional growth Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Experience website development 1 year Required Metadata 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
