Job Responsibilities:• Identify and acquire new customers needing transport/logistics solutions • Visit industries, warehouses, manufacturing hubs, and corporate clients to generate leads • Understand client requirements, propose appropriate transport solutions, and close deals• Prepare and share quotations, negotiate rates, and finalize agreements • Maintain strong follow-up with potential leads and convert them into regular clients • Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients • Meet monthly sales targets and submit daily/weekly visit reports • Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to managementTechnical Skills: Basic knowledge of smartphones and sales-related apps. Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM software is an advantage. Ability to maintain sales records digitally. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven. Ability to work independently and handle customer objections.
