Our portfolio spans Crushers, Bulk Material Handling machinery, Heavy & Mining equipment, and engineered solutions – serving leading industries across India and beyond. ⸻ The Role As our CEO, you will lead the next phase of growth and transformation. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for: • Driving sales and business growth in crushers, mining, BMH and heavy equipment. • Steering operations across multiple plants, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scale. • Strengthening vendor & supply chain partnerships (300+ suppliers). • Building a high-performance culture across 300+ employees. • Delivering profitability, cash flow, and shareholder value. . The Role reports to the Managing Director and the board of Directors. ⸻ What We’re Looking For • Graduate Engineer (Mechanical/ Mining) + MBA preferred • 20+ years in Sales, engineering/manufacturing, with senior leadership experience. • Very Strong sales & business development track record in crushers/heavy/mining equipment is a must. • Proven ability to co-ordinate and manage multi-location operations & large teams. .
