Rolling Stock Testing Commissioning T C will be responsible for overseeing the testing commissioning and integration of rolling stock systems for metro projects The role demands strong technical expertise hands-on experience in rolling stock systems and a focus on ensuring safety quality and operational readiness Job Duties Testing Commissioning Plan and execute the testing and commissioning activities for rolling stock systems Conduct functional and performance tests to ensure compliance with design specifications and operational requirements Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the testing and commissioning phase System Integration Ensure seamless integration of rolling stock with other metro systems including signaling power supply and communication systems Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address interface challenges and ensure system compatibility Quality Assurance Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure rolling stock meets project standards and regulatory requirements Document and address any non-conformities or deviations from specifications Coordination Communication Collaborate with rolling stock manufacturers contractors and project teams to ensure timely delivery and commissioning Act as the on-site liaison for rolling stock-related activities ensuring alignment with project timelines Safety Compliance Ensure adherence to safety protocols during testing and commissioning activities Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures to ensure a safe working environment Documentation Reporting Maintain detailed records of testing and commissioning activities including test results issues and corrective actions Prepare and submit progress reports to the project management team Problem-Solving Identify and resolve technical challenges related to rolling stock systems Proactively address potential risks and implement solutions to minimize delays Qualifications Graduate degree in Engineering Mechanical Electrical Electronics or related fields Additional Information Minimum 6 years of total professional experience At least 2 years of relevant experience in rolling stock testing and commissioning for metro projects About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees Depending on your employment status AECOM benefits may include medical dental vision life AD D disability benefits paid time off leaves of absences voluntary benefits perks flexible work options well-being resources employee assistance program business travel insurance service recognition awards retirement savings plan and employee stock purchase plan AECOM is the global infrastructure leader committed to delivering a better world As a trusted professional services firm powered by deep technical abilities we solve our clients complex challenges in water environment energy transportation and buildings Our teams partner with public- and private-sector clients to create innovative sustainable and resilient solutions throughout the project lifecycle -
