Job Title: Site Engineer

Reporting To: Project Manager/ Site Engineer

Reporting Under:

Location: Narthan Dandi Road

Working Hours: 10:00 to 7:00

Industry: Real Estate Builders & Construction Company

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and monitor all on-site civil construction activities.

· Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

· Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams for efficient workflow.

· Prepare daily progress reports and update the Project Manager on timelines and issues.

· Conduct site inspections to ensure work is proceeding as planned.

· Check levels, layouts, shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting activities.

· Ensure availability of materials and coordinate material delivery with the procurement team.

· Identify any design discrepancies or technical issues and resolve them with the design/engineering team.

· Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

· Assist in quality audits and inspections conducted by clients or consultants.

Experience & Eligibility Criteria:

  • 2–5 years of experience in site execution or civil construction.
  • Proficient in reading construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools.
  • Strong project coordination and site management skills.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and quality control measures.
