We’re looking for a strategic professional who can lead finance transformation initiatives, advise senior stakeholders, and drive business performance through EPM-enabled insights. This role goes beyond configuration — it’s about partnering with business and finance leaders to shape planning, budgeting, and forecasting strategies that deliver tangible outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Lead Oracle EPM (PBCS / EPBCS) implementations and transformation programs end-to-end. - Partner with CFOs, Finance Directors, and Planning Heads to design and optimize FP&A and performance management frameworks. - Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling excellence. - Translate complex business needs into high-impact EPM solutions aligned with corporate goals. - Provide leadership during UAT, go-live, and change management phases. - Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with accounting and regulatory standards. Desired Profile - Total 8+ years and Min. 6+ years of relevant functional experience in Oracle EPM / PBCS / EPBCS. - 5+ years of Strong financial domain expertise in FP&A, closing, and reconciliation cycles. - Proven experience advising senior finance stakeholders and leading business process workshops. - Exposure to Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) preferred. - Excellent stakeholder communication, executive presentation, and documentation skills. - Ability to operate independently in a global, cross-functional environment. Preferred Qualifications - MBA (Finance) / CA / CPA / CMA or equivalent finance qualification (not manadatory) - Oracle certifications in EPM or Financials. - Exposure to manufacturing, energy, or professional services sectors. - Working knowledge of integration tools (OIC, Boomi, Informatica) and related EPM technologies (FCCS, ARCS, EPCMCS, Anaplan, OneStream, Tagetik, SAC). Work Timings 🕒 Flexibility to align with US business hours for 2–3 hours daily, especially for stakeholder reviews and milestone meetings.
