Company Marsh Description We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Data Services This role will be based in Mumbai Pune This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office Senior Manager - Metrics Analytics Reporting We will count on you to Manage and oversee all production reporting for the Policies and Placements Value Stream Collaborate with Reporting Services Team Leaders for other Value Streams and coordinate leading agile ceremonies daily stand up weekly sprint planning monthly retrospectives Manage and delegate incoming production reporting deliverables to junior colleagues in Reporting Operations team including Level 2 support requests to ensure that they are handled effectively promptly in line with SLA s and accurately Manage Production Log and ADO Kanban Board to ensure BAU reports are meeting SLA s Report on SLA s on monthly quarterly basis and provide insights into areas for improvement Manage onboarding of new reports i e handover within your respective Value Stream and ensure clear and concise Standard Operating Procedures SOP s are implemented Manage resolution of reporting incidents for your respective value stream on ServiceNow and ensure the necessary details are communicated to Service Desk team Acts as a resource for Reporting Operations analysts providing advice and direction regarding the appropriate courses of action to take in relation to BAU reporting Ad Hoc queries Incidents and Requests for Information in addition to technical data manipulation issues Train coach and manages junior members of Reporting Operations team including conducting regular performance check-ins to ensure the continued growth of the capacities of the team What You Need to Have Technical Skills 5 years working as a Senior Reporting Analyst or supervisory role in an agile environment with globally distributed teams Knowledge of data visualization tools preferably Qlik Sense in order to manage online reports Ability to problem solve reporting issues as they arise Knowledge of agile methodologies in particular Kanban Good understanding of MS Office Suite Word Excel Visio PowerPoint and Outlook Interpersonal skills -
