Job Description

We are looking for an experienced RF Engineer to design, plan, and optimize multi-technology radio networks (2G5G) at Lepton Software. The role involves managing RF tools, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting large-scale rollout projects, and delivering high-quality coverage solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in RF planning tools, link budget modeling, and optimization, along with proven experience in stakeholder communication and team collaboration.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

Resolve customer issues related to RF Planning & Optimization, licensing, upgrades, and technical support.

Design and optimize radio networks (2G, 3G, 4G, LTE, 5G) using macro-cell sites.

Take technical ownership of 4G & 5G RF Planning & Optimization tools and solutions.

Develop and manage end-to-end project activity schedules, ensuring timely delivery of planned and unplanned tasks.

Generate reports for project status and progress; maintain PAN India rollout and coverage delivery reports across 2G5G on a monthly basis.

Handle regulatory and standards-related deliverables, including DoT, TRAI, and other compliance reports.

Manage and train internal teams on tools like UGIS and SIWA.

Publish dashboards regularly for management (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) and submit regulatory reporting.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET

5 years in Atoll planning tool & GIS related activities

Expertise in RF Planning & Optimization

Excellent knowledge of NR, LTE & GSM fundamentals & Architecture

Knowledge of Atoll , Map Info & QGIS

Knowledge of 2G, 4G & 5G technologies

Excellent Numerical & Analytical Skills

Proficient in Excel, Word & Power point

Knowledge of Data Modelling, Data Cleansing & Data Enrichment Techniques

Capacity to develop & document procedure & workflows

Able to carry our data quality control, validation & linkages

An understanding of data protection issue

Ability to produce clear graphical / map representation and data visualizations
